Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Elnico.
We manufacture and supply high-quality CNC-cut event décor, display products and accessories throughout the United Kingdom. As many of our products are made to order, please read the following information regarding production, dispatch and delivery.
1. Production Times
Most of our products are made to order.
Production times vary depending on the product, order size and current workload. Estimated lead times are displayed on individual product pages where possible.
If your order contains multiple items, they may all be dispatched together once production has been completed.
If there is an unexpected delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.
2. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver throughout mainland United Kingdom.
For deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Islands or other remote locations, additional delivery charges or longer delivery times may apply. Please contact us before placing your order if you are unsure.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.
Some larger products may require pallet delivery due to their size or weight.
Any applicable delivery costs will be clearly shown before payment is completed.
4. Dispatch
Once your order has been completed, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched using one of our trusted delivery partners.
You will receive confirmation when your order has been dispatched.
Where available, tracking information will also be provided.
5. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.
While most deliveries arrive within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Delays caused by couriers, adverse weather, traffic, customs, industrial action or other circumstances beyond our control are outside the responsibility of Elnico.
6. Large & Fragile Items
Many of our products are manufactured from MDF or plywood and require careful packaging.
Some oversized items may be delivered by pallet courier.
Please ensure there is suitable access to the delivery address for larger deliveries.
Where pallet deliveries are used, kerbside delivery may apply unless otherwise agreed.
7. Inspecting Your Delivery
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If the outer packaging appears damaged:

Take clear photographs before opening the parcel.

Photograph all packaging materials.

Photograph any damaged products.

Keep all packaging until your claim has been resolved.
If damage is discovered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims made after this period may affect our ability to recover costs from the courier.
8. Incorrect Delivery Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If an incorrect address is supplied:

additional delivery charges may apply;
-
delivery delays may occur; and
-
we cannot accept responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
9. Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to:

no one being available to accept delivery (where a signature is required);
-
restricted access;
-
incorrect delivery information; or
-
failure to arrange redelivery,
any additional courier charges may be payable before the goods can be resent.
10. Lost Parcels
If you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the courier to investigate the shipment and keep you updated throughout the process.
Lost parcel investigations may take several working days depending on the courier.
11. Collection
Where collection is offered, we will notify you when your order is ready.
Please do not travel to collect your order until you have received confirmation that it is available.
Suitable transport should be arranged for larger items.
12. Delays Beyond Our Control
Occasionally, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

severe weather;

courier network disruptions;

supply chain issues;

public holidays;
-
industrial action; or
-
other unforeseen events.
We appreciate your patience in these situations and will always keep you informed where possible.
