Welcome to Elnico. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. About Us
Elnico designs, manufactures and sells CNC-cut event props, décor, display products and related accessories throughout the UK.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, placing an order or communicating with us regarding a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
3. Products
All of our products are manufactured as accurately as possible from the descriptions and images shown on our website.
Please note:

Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography.

As many items are handmade from MDF or plywood, minor variations may occur.

Product dimensions are approximate unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to improve or modify designs without prior notice.
4. Pricing
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).
Prices may change without notice, however any confirmed order will remain at the agreed purchase price.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
5. Payment
Payment must be made in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept secure online payments through our website.
Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully received.
6. Production Times
Many of our products are made to order.
Estimated production times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on workload, seasonal demand and material availability.
While we always aim to meet estimated dispatch dates, these are not guaranteed.
7. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the courier.
If delays occur due to courier issues, adverse weather or circumstances beyond our control, Elnico cannot be held liable for any resulting losses.
Customers must ensure the delivery address provided is accurate.
Additional delivery charges may apply if an incorrect address is supplied.
8. Damaged Deliveries
Please inspect your parcel immediately upon arrival.
If your package appears damaged:

Take clear photographs of the outer packaging before opening.

Photograph any internal packaging.

Photograph the damaged item.

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Failure to provide photographic evidence may affect our ability to process claims with the courier.
Do not dispose of the packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
9. Returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, personalised or made-to-order items cannot usually be returned unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
For non-personalised items:

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be processed after the returned goods have been inspected.
10. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs.
Where appropriate, we may:

replace the item;
-
repair the item;
-
provide replacement parts; or
-
issue a refund in accordance with your legal rights.
11. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:

checking all product dimensions before ordering;

ensuring products are suitable for their intended use;

assembling products safely where required;

using products responsibly.
Elnico accepts no responsibility for damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly or modification of products.
12. Intellectual Property
All product designs, photographs, graphics, logos and website content remain the property of Elnico.
They may not be copied, reproduced, resold or used without our written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elnico shall not be liable for:

indirect or consequential losses;

loss of profits;

business interruption;
-
event cancellations resulting from delayed deliveries;

courier-related delays outside our control.
Nothing within these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
14. Privacy
Any personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We only collect information necessary to process orders and provide customer support.
15. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
